Management Team
Dedicated to your growth and success
Kenneth brings more than twenty years of experience spanning microfinance, teaching, research, strategy, and business development. He previously served as the pioneer and immediate past Provost of the LAPO Institute for Microfinance and Management Studies.
He holds a PhD in Sociology with a specialisation in Social Demography, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from the University of Ibadan.
He currently leads Fruitful Life Empowerment Initiative as Executive Director.
Doris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. She began her career as an administrative supervisor with the then Edo Transport Service (Edo Line).
She joined LAPO MFB in 2008 as a Loan Officer and rose to the position of State Area Manager, earning the Best State Area Manager award for three consecutive years.
She joined Fruitful Life Empowerment Initiative in January 2025, bringing her strong operational expertise and passion for community impact.
Jonathan has over fourteen years of experience in microfinance operations, accounting, and risk management. His career began at the Lift Above Poverty Organisation (LAPO), where he rose from Account Officer in 2007 to Head of Finance at LAPO Agricultural Development Initiative (LARDI).
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the National Institute of Management (NIM). He has participated in several national and international trainings on microfinance financial management, risk management, ALM, leadership, and performance measurement.
Jonathan holds an HND, B.Sc., and M.Sc. in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic, Western Delta University, and Igbinedion University. He currently leads the Finance Department at Fruitful Life Empowerment Initiative.
Osamede is an accomplished estate management professional with more than ten years of hands-on and professional experience. She holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management and is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). She is also registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
Her MBA strengthened her strategic and administrative capabilities, enabling her to excel in business planning, estate administration, and people management. She adds valuable expertise to Fruitful Life in asset, people, and administrative management.
Maureen is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner with over eighteen years of experience in banking and development finance. She built her career at LAPO MFB, where she rose through key leadership positions, including Branch Manager, Area Manager, State Area Manager, Risk Manager, and Zonal Head of Credit and Marketing.
She later served as Head of Credit at Spectrum MFB, Lagos. Maureen holds a B.Sc. (Ed) in Health Education from the University of Benin and an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Lagos. She brings deep expertise in operations, credit, risk, and branch management to Fruitful Life Empowerment Initiative.
Oghenebrorhie is a finance and audit professional with over ten years of focused experience in branch auditing, internal control, and compliance within the microfinance sector. He began his career at LAPO Microfinance Bank and later expanded his expertise as an auditor with Raph Adagh & Co.
He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Accounting from the University of Benin and Wellspring University, and is currently completing a PhD in Accounting at Igbinedion University.
He leads the Audit and Internal Control Department, strengthening accountability and governance across Fruitful Life Empowerment Initiative.
